| I haven't written here in months. But, the other networking sites feel too superficial to write anything of real substance. So, here I go. I'm going to go ahead and write the "I'm thankful for" entry, because it is after all, Thanksgiving.
If you don't like it, you can leave.
I'm thankful for life right now because I know I'll never have these moments again. I'm a senior in high school and I'm loving it. I'm doing relatively well grade wise (which is great, because AP English has really been kicking me in the face). I have a good relationship with my parents and both of my siblings. I'm in good health. I've got terrific friends. I'm getting unlimited texting in two weeks. But, in all seriousness, things are good right now. I've got love, my driver's license, and I fully plan on stuffing myself until I'm sleepy during Thanksgiving dinner.
Sometimes it's hard to see the good in life, but circumstances lately have reminded me to slow down and enjoy this time with the people I love, because it won't always be here.
So go, stuff yourself with great food, watch football and be happy.
Happy Thanksgiving!

| God is good, all the time. I'm a senior in high school and I recently got my driver's license.
Not too much to say right now, other than I have not forgotten about Xanga.

| School is finally over. ((with the exception of AP English assignments this summer))
I will be going to London with my church worship team in about two weeks. The day after I come home is my 17th birthday. Hopefully I will be getting my license soon after that.
This fall, I'll be a senior and after that, everything else is still kind of up in the air.
Life is crazy right now.

| Ahh. Well, the end of another school year is rapidly approaching. I took the SAT's last weekend. Needless to say, my brain is still feeling rather foggy. I'm so ready for summer (getting my license, London trip, and my 17th birthday), only a few more weeks of school left and then it will be here.
Hmph.

| Hey kids, it's that time of year again!
One more shameless advertisement for ELCO High School Musical.
Next friday (March 30) and saturday (March 31) the cast of this year's ELCO High School musical will take the stage to perform Mame.
For those of you who are interested in attending this fine show, details shall follow, but first, a brief synopsis of the show:
"Mame is an unconventional individualist socialite from the roaring
20's. When her brother dies, she is forced to raise her nephew Patrick.
However, Patrick's father has designated an executor to his will to
protect the boy from absorbing too much of Mame's rather unconventional
perspective. Patrick and Mame become devoted to each other in spite of
this restriction, and together journey through Patrick's childhood and
the great depression, amidst some rather zaney adventures." ((Courtesy of www.imdb.com))
But, I digress...the performances will begin at 7:30 P.M. on both friday and saturday night. The cost of tickets is $10 for adults and $8 for children and teens ((AGES 3-18)). Tickets ARE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR. But, if you feel the need to reserve a ticket (or a bunch of tickets so you and your friends can sit together) please contact Mrs. Witters in the ELCO High School office ((DURING SCHOOL HOURS - 7:40 A.M. to 2:35 P.M.)) in the very, very, very near future by calling (717) 866-7447.
I WILL NOT be able to reserve tickets, because if I try, I will go crazy.
Thank you all for listening to my shameless advertisement.
Hope to see you all there!
((EDIT)) I will be in the show as both a dancer and a singer! Come on out and see if you can spot me in the dance numbers!
